We all appreciate the importance of picking up after our dog, but lets face it there is a very funny spin on this when you look at the bigger picture from an outsiders prospective. We enjoy looking at the lighter side of life and these two cartoons are an excellent representation of what often comes to mind when we think of the image of a person carrying their dogs package in an outstretched hand in a plastic bag… What amusing images come to your mind?

I bought myself a PoopPac for Christmas and was holding off on sending you a review until felt I had used it enough to be fair and thorough. I was also waiting for a walk with my most vocal about the terrible smell of the poop I am carrying friend. While I have not yet gotten to test my PoopPac on my discerning walking partner, I had an experience while traveling last weekend that prompted me to wait no longer in telling you I absolutely love my PoopPac and I can’t walk my dogs without it!
I simply had to walk my dogs without my PoopPac while on a road trip to discover how very much I love it. I even had it with me in the car, glanced at it and thought “it’s just a short walk, in town, with public trash cans around, I’ll be fine.” Yuck. I will never walk without it again!
I have three dogs- a rough collie, a cardigan corgi and a miniature dachshund. The waste compartment of my PoopPac is plenty of space to carry all of their poop. The PoopPac itself clips solidly onto my waste belt and stays! It doesn’t rattle or jiggle or drive me crazy on long walks like other waste clip bags I have tried. I have lot’s of poop bag holders and dispensers and did not think I would use this feature but it is very convenient and easy and I use it all the time. And best of all my smart phone, huge waterproof/shatterproof case and all actually fits in the sanitary compartment of my PoopPac.
I will admit I can still smell the poop a little bit but I doubt anything short of carrying a vacuum sealed container will make my walks completely scent free. After the dumb decision to walk without my PoopPac, I was reminded how very much less I can smell the poop and how very much more I enjoy my walks with my PoopPac. The zippers were a bit sticky at first but have loosened up with use and don’t seem as fragile as I had feared. I want my PoopPac to last a long time!
